Lundgren replaced Jean-Claude Van Damme after the later declined,
but the part of Scandinavian Gunnar Jensen was actually rewritten
by Sylvester Stallone with Lundgren in mind.

THE EXPENDABLES also received

underground tunnel scene fights).
