His world
is a yard filled with WWII, Korea and Vietnam era hardware. Radio
antennas, generators, ammo castings, wheels, tires, trucks, assembled
and unassembled airplanes, engines, props, fuselages, wings...
it's a graveyard. But to Lucky Simcoe, it's heaven. There's a
plane that Lucky works on continually, a WWII trainer,a T6-G
and the only one in the yard with a matching set of wings that
even has a prayer to fly... it's a gift for a great General.
There is also the odd bit from the Gulf War. A stray Humvee,
and now the main desert patrol vehicle is parked in the outer
yard. This is the only one Lucky has been working on and heavily
modified for his new Commander in Chief Nick Preston. |
